WHAT PEOPLE SAY

KRISIE ALLEN, DANCIN' 4 EVER

Jessica is an amazing yoga instructor at my studio's Mini Yogis class for children ages 4-8 years.  She tailors her lessons around mindfulness practices to help her yogis learn many techniques to cope and deal with daily stress.  She creates a supportive environment  with positive self talk while fostering acceptance, confidence, and communication.  Her soft spoken demeanor helps to create a calm and peaceful class setting.

JANE MELLMAN, EARLY CHILDHOOD SCHOOL

Jessica Hawkins came to my Pre-k classroom for an introduction to yoga.  For 45 minutes she had my children mesmerized!  Her organization combined with her fun, loving spirit engaged each child.  The flow of the class was perfect for my very active four and five year olds.  I recommend her class without reservations!  She is magic!

ALEXIS C., TEENY YOGINIS PARTICIPANT

My daughter used "breathing candles" in the middle of a tantrum!  I was super impressed!  Yoga definitely can help the little ones!
